The Nurse Manager supervises nursing care, treatment, and services on an assigned shift to ensure all patient care activities are completed. They are responsible for assigning nursing personnel, identifying staff training needs, and providing leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and have at least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred, along with previous leadership experience in a charge nurse or similar capacity.
