The Member Care Champion will manage the member check-in process, perform diagnostic procedures, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. They will also coordinate appointments and handle inbound and outbound communications to ensure a seamless member experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of related healthcare experience and live within commuting distance to Rochester, MN. Proficiency in Google Suite and medical technology such as EMR systems is required.
