The Küchenleitung is responsible for organizing meals for a summer camp, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. This includes menu planning, budgeting, food procurement, and meal preparation.
Candidates must meet minimum requirements for working with food and in a kitchen, along with having the necessary knowledge and skills. A personal vehicle is required for food procurement.

Giving children tools they need to be more confident in navigating the challenges of today's world. In the form of: - One-week summer camps for kids ages 8 to 13 (in Bavaria, Hamburg and Austria). - A 12-week online program where we help parents create a supportive environment at home. Our experienced team of experts introduces children to topics such as growth mindset, strengths, emotions, media competency and much more in a playful and "self-experiencing" way. EmpowerLand was created in response to the question, "What do we wish we had learned as a child that would enable us to live a self-determined life today?" In our childhood, we lay the foundation for our future and that of the world.
