The Installation Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing the installation calendar while coordinating between sales and operations teams. They also serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a smooth installation process from permitting to project completion.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the solar or customer service industry and possess excellent communication skills. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required for this position.

Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Installation Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and managing the installation calendar, answering questions and providing support for customers, and coordinating between Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth process for the customer.
We offer employees working full-time comprehensive benefits, including health coverage (medical, dental and vision) paid Holidays off, and Sick Leave.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 35 pounds.
