Support business operations and decision-making through data-driven analysis, reporting, and the maintenance of structured databases. Conduct market and competitive research to inform commercial strategy while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.
Requires a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Data Science, or Finance, with strong Excel and data-modeling skills. Candidates must possess excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and authorization to work in Italy.

You'll build real analytical infrastructure: from market and competitive research to structured databases like KOL/partner tracking, and produce reporting and analysis that inform live business decisions, spanning multiple areas of Empatica's business over time, including clinical and pharma-facing initiatives, with direct mentorship throughout.

For this role, the salary range is up to €36,000 gross per year. The final offer is determined on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria: relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities associated with the position.
