The Radiology Manager oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, and patient flow across multiple imaging modalities and locations. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.
Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of hospital imaging experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of business experience. BLS certification is mandatory, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
The Manager of Radiology plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, efficient imaging services across multiple locations and modalities (e.g., XR, US, CT, MR, NM, Breast Imaging, IR, vascular ultrasound, echocardiology). Reporting to the Director of Radiology Operations or the Director of Operations for the respective service line, this role provides operational leadership, staff oversight, and system-level coordination to deliver safe, compliant, and patient-centered imaging services.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience - 2 years minimum supervisory experience with at least 5 years in hospital imaging services OR bachelor's degree and three years business experience.
Certification - Basic Life Support (BLS)
