What We Offer:
• Base Pay: $16-$18/hr.
• Monthly Bonuses: Earn an additional +$3,500+ based on performance
• Schedule: 10am - 7Pm Monday -Friday

What You’ll Do:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with urgency and professionalism
• Build trust and rapport with customers while uncovering their HVAC or plumbing service needs
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with field technicians
• Recommend service options, promote membership plans, and maximize each customer interaction
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from first call to follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
• A motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves to win and help others do the same
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and problem-solve quickly
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a sales-support or customer-facing role, home services or call center experience is a major plus
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or home services is helpful but not required
Schedule: 10am - 7Pm Monday -Friday -In office
