Ensure the safety and well-being of adolescent students during overnight hours by conducting regular bed checks and providing necessary support. Maintain accurate documentation of student behavior and collaborate with day staff to ensure seamless shift transitions.
Candidates must be female, at least 21 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A current driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to pass a Utah State background check are required.

Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
Bed Checks: Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
Student Assistance: Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
Observation and Documentation: Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
Daily Assignments: Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
Specialized Tasks: Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
