Coordinate with police departments to divert individuals with mental health and substance use challenges from the criminal justice system into appropriate treatment services. Develop service plans, conduct biopsychosocial evaluations, and provide short-term clinical interventions for crisis resolution.
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and a valid Massachusetts driver's license. Candidates must have clinical skills and experience working with adults and juveniles facing mental illness or substance abuse.

Eliot is seeking a dynamic Jail Diversion Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This role works in partnership with the Police Department to support individuals, including adults, adolescents, children, and families that are experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, with the goal of diverting them from the criminal justice system to appropriate treatment services. The ideal candidate will have experience within the criminal justice system and a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with providers, stakeholders, law enforcement, and family members.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm (some flexibility preferred)
