Provide direct patient care for substance use and psychiatric disorders via telemedicine. Collaborate with operations managers and clinicians to integrate medical services with whole-person support while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be board-certified PMHNPs with an active APN license and DEA registration in specified states. Previous experience prescribing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and a postgraduate degree are required.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must have experience prescribing MAT in the past. This is a remote, per diem role on an as needed basis to cover current provider time off. There would be no guaranteed number of hours or set schedule. We are considering candidates licensed in one or more of the following states: NC, TX, NJ, MA, OH, PA, WA.

The total target compensation range for this position is $90-110 per hour. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Benefits are not offered for per diem positions.
