The janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and public areas within the assisted living facility. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and managing waste disposal to ensure a healthy environment for seniors.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds, along with FBI and DOJ fingerprint clearance.
The Janitor performs a combination of cleaning duties to maintain both resident apartments and the public areas of the assisted living facility in a clean and orderly manner. Maintaining a clean building is the first step in keeping our residents healthy and promoting a high quality of life for the seniors that live with us.
This full-time position works a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 2 days off.
