The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing comprehensive plans of treatment for home health care patients. They must coordinate care, monitor health changes, and communicate findings to the clinical supervisor and physicians.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
