The Care Team Supervisor is responsible for scheduling home care services, maintaining accurate client and caregiver records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They also provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or bachelor degree preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment is preferred, along with strong organizational and leadership skills.
