The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care by evaluating functional needs and implementing customized plans of care in home settings. They are responsible for documenting treatment goals and leading support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA-approved program with a current, unrestricted PT license and at least one year of healthcare facility experience. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

What is Required?
The low end of the compensation range is $60.00 to the high end up to $70.00 per point, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
Elara Caring determines compensation based on education, job related knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location.
You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
