The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for home health care patients. They must coordinate care, monitor patient progress, and communicate significant health changes to the clinical supervisor and physicians.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to travel within the coverage area are required.

You will report to the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor
The base salary for this position is $83,000 to $93,000 annually, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
