The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for home health care patients. They must coordinate care, monitor patient health status, and communicate significant findings to the clinical supervisor and physicians.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of clinical care experience. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to travel within the coverage area are required.
