Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality softball training to youth athletes across various skill levels in team, camp, and individual settings. They must also build community relationships, manage equipment, and collaborate with other staff to foster a positive training environment.
Candidates must have collegiate or professional playing or coaching experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with the ability to adapt instructional plans for diverse age groups and abilities.

Softball University (SU) Softball Instructors are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced skill levels. Instructors will lead and support a variety of instructional programs, fostering athlete development both on and off the field while contributing to a positive, team-oriented training environment.
SU is the proud youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball.
