You will handle day-to-day IT support requests and troubleshoot issues related to office networks, workstations, and servers. Additionally, you will assist project teams with infrastructure deployments and contribute to the improvement of internal IT workflows.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree program. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting are required.

We solve complex, multidisciplinary engineering problems by combining deep human expertise with AI systems we build ourselves. Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.
As a Working Student (m/f/d) - IT Support, you'll be part of our internal IT team, helping to keep our office network, on-site server & workstation infrastructure, AI tooling, and day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. You'll get hands-on experience solving real technical problems, working closely with our team, and building a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure topics.
Handle, prioritize, and troubleshoot day-to-day IT support requests and issues, from work laptops to office network setups, using Slack and Jira Service Desk
Assist with maintaining our on-site infrastructure: GPU workstations, servers, and network equipment
Help project teams deploy to cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Get hands-on with AI tooling, including building connectors for Claude Code / Desktop
Contribute ideas and suggestions to help us continuously improve our support processes, workflows, and tooling
You are currently studying Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Strong communication and problem solving skills as well as a structured, curious approach to troubleshooting
First experience with IT support topics and/or basic familiarity with networking equipment (e.g. Ubiquiti/Unifi, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Mikrotik, Netgear) is a nice to have, not required
Very good communication skills in Englisch, comfortable working with different teams, and a motivated, hands-on mentality
Enthusiasm for exploring and working with AI tools (e.g. Claude) is a plus
