WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking energetic, motivated, and team-oriented professionals who can work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver credible, well-supported appraisal reports for a diverse client base.
Requirements
✔ Active Certified Residential Appraiser License
✔ Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
✅ Appraiser Training & Support - You will have access to a dedicated Appraiser Support Lead who is available to:
✓ Answer appraisal and process-related questions
✓ Provide one-on-one training and coaching
✓ Assist with software and workflow best practices
✓ Support professional growth and development
✓ Guide appraisers through the upcoming UAD 3.6 transition in November
