Provide program support to Early Learning Center staff and engage preschool students in early childhood programming. Supervise students and serve as a role model to create a safe, inclusive, and caring environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for working with children. Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, CPI, and DHS certifications within six months of hire is required.

In this role, you'll support and advance Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values by providing program support to Early Learning Center staff, supporting preschool teachers and engaging students in early childhood programming. You'll supervise students, offer guidance, and serve as a role model for appropriate behavior, helping create a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow.
As part of the Edina Public Schools community — home to more than 8,500 diverse student learners across our early learning center, elementary schools, middle schools, high school, and virtual pathway program — you'll help carry that same spirit of excellence and inclusion into the Early Learning Center, working alongside staff and families to support each child's journey.
Location: Early Learning and Family Center
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM–5:30 PM
Pay Range: $17.48 – $24.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Type: Part-time, 9-month position with the option to work summer
