The RN Manager supervises a clinical team to provide exceptional care to residents and provides oversight for resident care plans. Responsibilities include assessing residents, training staff, and ensuring all care delivery meets expectations and policies.
Candidates must hold a current state Registered Nurse (RN) license and have previous experience supervising staff. Experience in geriatrics, dementia, or assisted living is desired.
