The Hospice Registered Nurse serves as a Case Manager, coordinating total care plans for patients facing terminal illness from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include managing symptoms, performing specialized nursing skills, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet physical and spiritual needs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice. Requirements include one year of hospice experience within the last 24 months, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance.
