You will own the end-to-end technical strategy for Analytics and AI opportunities, leading complex POCs and migrations while acting as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders. Additionally, you will document deal motions into playbooks and provide technical enablement to the regional sales and engineering teams.
The role requires over 8 years of deep hands-on expertise with Postgres, analytical workloads, and modern AI/GenAI solutions including RAG and vector search. You must possess a proven track record in technical pre-sales or field-CTO roles with the ability to engage effectively at the executive board level.

As Field CTO for Analytics & AI, you own the technical track end-to-end on qualified Analytics and AI opportunities across the region. You lead the deepest technical work on strategic deals increasingly centered on AI and GenAI workloads on Postgres while operating credibly at the enterprise and CxO level. You are equal parts hands-on architect and trusted executive advisor.
