Responsible for the custodial maintenance, cleaning, and physical upkeep of Ecuhome properties to meet safety and housing regulations. This includes janitorial tasks, grounds keeping, and assisting maintenance workers with repairs.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in multi-unit residential maintenance. Candidates should have basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and carpentry, and the ability to interact positively with tenants facing mental health and addiction challenges.

Job Type: Contract, 6 months, Full Time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: $38,304.47
Location: Properties in the old City of Toronto
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
