Het hoofdbestanddeel van cement is klinker. De productie van klinker en daarmee van cement draagt wereldwijd 8% bij aan de totale CO2-uitstoot. De productie van cement is schadelijker dan de luchtvaart, de scheepvaart en het langeafstandsvervoer samen.
De Ecocem Group werkt al ruim twintig jaar aan verduurzaming van de cementindustrie en heeft als ambitie om tegen 2030 de wereldwijde CO2-uitstoot van de cementindustrie te halveren. We doen dat door efficiënte inzet van de beschikbare capaciteit gemalen hoogovenslak, ons basisproduct en nieuwe, alternatieve technologieën voor CO2-arm cement met een laag klinkergehalte.

Beschrijving
Als Supply Chain & Procurement Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer en de optimalisatie van de volledige supply chain binnen Ecocem Benelux. Je zorgt voor een goed afgestemde materiaalstroom, van inkoop en productie tot transport en levering.
Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams, productielocaties en externe partners en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met supply chain, logistiek en inkoop te maken heeft.
Wat ga je doen?
Coördinatie & Beheer Supply Chain
Je coördineert de volledige supply chain van inkoop en productie tot transport en distributie. Je stemt planning en capaciteit af op klantvraag en forecasts, beheert voorraden en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met productielocaties en logistieke partners. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het S&OP-proces en werk je continu aan efficiënte en toekomstbestendige logistieke oplossingen.
Procurement
Je ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën. Je selecteert en beoordeelt leveranciers, onderhandelt over contracten en volgt marktontwikkelingen om optimale voorwaarden en continuïteit in de keten te waarborgen.
Transport & Operations
Je stuurt transportactiviteiten en 3PL-partners aan en zorgt voor efficiënte en betrouwbare logistieke processen. Je implementeert en bewaakt KPI’s, optimaliseert processen en werkt nauw samen met productie en andere afdelingen om operationele prestaties te verbeteren.
Structuur, Procedures & Continue Verbetering
Je ontwikkelt en verbetert processen, procedures en documentatie binnen de supply chain. Je initieert verbeterprojecten op basis van data en KPI’s en zorgt voor een gestructureerde, veilige en efficiënte werkwijze binnen de organisatie.
