The Field Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, and preventative maintenance of slot machines within an assigned territory. This includes diagnosing hardware and software issues and documenting all work to ensure maximum machine uptime.
Candidates need 2-5 years of experience with Windows-based machines and the ability to obtain a gaming license. Strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift heavy equipment are required.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Technician will conduct installation, servicing, and preventative maintenance of Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines in their assigned territory. This is a customer (casino) facing role and will be required to represent Eclipse Gaming Systems in a professional manner at all times and have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and with written materials. Candidates must be able to travel within their assigned territory and occasionally to other territories. Candidates will also be required to regularly move and lift equipment and/or operate equipment enabling them to lift heavy objects.
This role will be based in Oklahoma and will be expected to travel extensively in and out of State.
