The custodian is responsible for deep cleaning carpeted surfaces and performing maintenance on hard floor surfaces including stripping, waxing, and burnishing. Additionally, the role involves general cleaning duties, trash removal, and assisting other departments with moving furniture or supplies.
Candidates should have between zero to one year of experience with mechanical equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position.
