The Project Director is responsible for the preparation of bids and the full execution of multiple large-scale civil construction projects. This includes managing subcontractors, controlling costs, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requires a university degree or diploma in Engineering with a PENG designation and over 15 years of construction industry experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in structures, MTO work, and alternative delivery modes like Design-Build and P3.
