The Senior Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of construction estimates and budgets for various project delivery methods. They lead hard bid pursuits, manage vendor procurement, and coordinate with project teams to ensure scope integration and risk mitigation.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator within a General Contracting or Design-Build firm. A degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required, along with proficiency in estimating software and ICI facility construction.
