The Production Supervisor directs and supervises all production processes and employee resources within the Steel department to ensure timely delivery of quality parts. Candidates must have an associate's degree and at least four years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Preference is given to those with six years of experience, knowledge of SAP, and expertise in lean manufacturing.
