The Payroll Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate payrolls for unionized and administrative personnel while optimizing payroll processes. They also manage incident tracking, benefit administration, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Human/Industrial Relations. A minimum of four years of experience in payroll and incident management, preferably in a production environment, is required.

Prepare in a timely manner and without errors or omissions the payrolls of unionized and administrative personnel, as well as the processes that impact the payment of employees.
