The Front Desk Associate manages patient intake, including collecting demographic and insurance information and processing payments. They also handle phone communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate with surgical staff to ensure an efficient patient flow.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a medical office and healthcare insurance. Strong computer skills, a typing speed of 30 WPM, and a professional demeanor are required.

The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone. This position interviews patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information, required for billing and collecting patient accounts. The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the surgery center. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.
