At Easee, we want to make life easier – for our customers and the people supporting them. As our Support Systems Manager, you'll own and develop the technical foundation behind our Customer Excellence organization across Europe.
You’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions, managing our existing platforms while continuously improving how our systems, integrations, and automation support a growing organization.
The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic platform development, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and AI. If you enjoy technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, you'll have real freedom to make an impact.
Shape the role and the solutions. You'll have real ownership and influence over our technology choices
Be at the forefront of technology. AI isn't a side project here, it's a core priority. You'll work with everything from AI chatbots and Voice AI to automating repetitive tasks - helping define how the support industry puts AI to use.
Own the strategy. You'll help define how our support systems develop and scale. Few roles give you this much direct influence over how an entire support organization operates.
The role is broad - and that's the point. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking
You'll be the go-to person for our support systems, with Zendesk and Talkdesk at the core.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning, administering, and continuously improving our support platforms
Building and improving workflows, integrations, webhooks, and automations
Exploring and implementing AI solutions, including chatbots and Voice AI
Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvements
Improving data flows, data quality, and master data across our support systems
Leading technical improvements from idea to implementation
Shaping the long-term strategy for our support technology
3+ years of experience administering CX, customer support, or similar platforms – ideally Zendesk
Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation
Experience with data flows and master data
Strong understanding of support processes and/or ITSM principles
Experience with Talkdesk, JavaScript/Node.js, SQL, or modern data platforms is a plus. Relevant hands-on experience can compensate for formal education.
