The Junior Project Manager oversees capital improvement renovations for vacant apartments, ensuring projects meet budget and timeline requirements. They act as the primary liaison between contractors and the company while maintaining quality control and documentation.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of project management experience in a leadership role and in-depth general construction knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required for this position.
We are seeking a Jr Project Manager to support our Albany Portfolio. The Jr Project Manager assists with all vacant apartment capital improvement renovations throughout all identified units within the outlined region above. Involvement includes but is not limited to ensuring identified units are renovated in accordance with projected timelines and budgets as well as quality of product (fit and finish).
