The specialist is responsible for assessing, developing, and delivering department-specific training programs for team members and sub-contractors. Key duties include facilitating onboarding, conducting training classes, and analyzing trainee feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Candidates should have previous experience in employee development and a proven ability to manage the full training cycle. An associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in educational or training roles are preferred.

Job Summary
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for assessing, developing, and delivering department-specific training programs to ensure that team members and sub-contractors possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform their customer service responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
This is a full-time position, 40-hour minimum, with the expectation to maintain a regular work schedule located in Mishawaka, In. Core days and hours of work are Monday through Friday between 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
