The Parts Consultant manages the sale and distribution of OEM Ford parts to retail, wholesale, and internal service customers. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, processing returns, and supporting technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
Candidates should have experience with automotive parts, preferably within a Ford dealership, and possess strong customer service and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license are required.
