Participants will engage in a two-year structured programme to develop professional sales skills through classroom learning and on-the-job training. They will gain hands-on experience in the full sales lifecycle, including customer engagement, negotiation, and account management.
Candidates must be UAE Nationals aged 18 to 30 with a High School Certificate or Diploma. Applicants must possess strong English communication skills and be available for full-time shift work.

This two-year, full-time employment programme combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, coaching, and practical business exposure to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to succeed in a professional sales environment.
Throughout the programme, participants will gain hands-on experience across the complete sales lifecycle, including customer engagement, consultative selling, negotiation techniques, account management, pipeline management, and relationship building, while working alongside experienced professionals.
