Responsible for cleaning, deodorizing, and storing residential and commercial property damaged by fire, water, and smoke. This includes maintaining inventories and coordinating the repair and delivery of materials and equipment.
Requires a valid driver's license and prior cleaning experience within the restoration industry. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
Kennedy Restoration, the premier restoration company in the Pacific NW is looking to fill a Cleaner and Contents Technician position. The person in this position is responsible for the cleaning and storage of commercial and residential property damaged by fire, water, and smoke.
Responsibilities:
· Assure that all customer contents are cleaned and deodorized from smoke, contaminated water, dirt, and other residue
· Assist with unpacking and packing clean items into boxes or storage containers
· Maintain an inventory of items that have been cleaned or destroyed
· Coordinate repair of furniture, upholstery cleaning, electronics, area rugs and other items.
· Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites
Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s license
· Prior cleaning experience in the restoration industry
· Detail oriented
· Effective written and verbal communications
· Able to multitask and prioritize
· Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without an accommodation
Compensation:
$20hr, $5hr extra for Biohazard Clean up, Bonus plus overtime pay for after hours calls. Medical, Dental, 401(k), Employer paid life insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Company Vehicle and Gas Card, 401(k)

Health and Safety is our top priority, but Dry Force also prioritizes your time. With our Remote Monitoring System (RMS), we do not have to interrupt your day. Additionally, upon completion of any project we provide you with all the photos and documentation you need to ensure your property is properly dried out.
