The Customer Service Technician is responsible for resolving homeowner warranty requests by performing repairs or managing subcontractors. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and timely resolution of post-closing issues.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of transporting supplies.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Customer Service Technician. The right candidate will primary goal is to maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction among homeowners. This is achieved by facilitating all customer warranty requests, whether by making the actual repairs or scheduling subcontractors to make repairs. The Customer Service Technician is responsible for proactively resolving customer issues after the closing of the home.
