The Head of Litigation is responsible for overseeing all enterprise-wide litigation strategy, claims management, and dispute-resolution activities. This includes managing outside counsel, leading the corporate litigation team, and providing expert legal counsel to executive leadership.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, active bar membership, and at least 12 years of progressive litigation experience. Proven leadership in managing complex, high-exposure corporate legal matters is required.
