The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for interviewing applicants to provide financing options and managing the loan pipeline from application to funding. They also conduct business development and market mortgage products within builder communities and real estate offices.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and a state-required Mortgage Loan Originator license. One to two years of related experience and a general understanding of mortgage banking procedures are required.
