The Customer Service Technician is responsible for maintaining homeowner satisfaction by resolving warranty requests through direct repairs or subcontractor coordination. This includes evaluating repair issues, performing carpentry and painting work, and ensuring all repairs meet compliance standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting. A valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies are required for travel between communities.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Customer Service Technician. The right candidate will primary goal is to maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction among homeowners. This is achieved by facilitating all customer warranty requests, whether by making the actual repairs or scheduling subcontractors to make repairs. The Customer Service Technician is responsible for proactively resolving customer issues after the closing of the home.
