The Accounting Manager is responsible for all accounting operations for the company and its French subsidiary, ensuring financial reliability and tax compliance. Key duties include managing general ledger, SaaS revenue recognition, supplier payments, and financial reporting for management.
Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5 to 7 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within a SaaS or software environment. Proficiency in accounting ERPs, Salesforce, and French tax regulations is required.

🎯 Missions principales & Responsabilités clés
Le/la Responsable Comptable assure l'ensemble des opérations comptables de la société et de sa filiale française. Interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du directeur financier et de l'expert-comptable, il/elle garantit la fiabilité des comptes, veille au respect des obligations fiscales et contribue au pilotage financier de l'entreprise.
Les responsabilités clés sont :
1. Comptabilité générale et multi-sociétés
– Tenue de la comptabilité : achats, ventes, trésorerie, OD
– Lettrage, justification des comptes et rapprochements bancaires
– Suivi des flux intra-groupe
– Gestion des immobilisations et des amortissements
– Préparation des situations mensuelles, des arrêtés et du bilan annuel
– Coordination avec l'expert-comptable et le commissaire aux comptes
2. Revenus & comptabilité clients (modèle SaaS / licences)
– Contrôle et comptabilisation des factures clients émises par l'ADV
– Suivi comptable du chiffre d'affaires récurrent et non récurrent
– Comptabilisation et suivi des produits constatés d'avance (PCA) et des factures à établir (FAE)
– Appui à l'ADV : facturation à l’international, suivi des encours et provisions pour créances douteuses
3. Fournisseurs & achats
– Contrôle et saisie des factures fournisseurs
– Suivi des contrats prestataires (hébergement, cloud, sous-traitance)
– Préparation et exécution des règlements fournisseurs
4. Interface paie / comptabilité
– Rapprochement paie / comptabilité et passage des écritures de paie
– Suivi des charges sociales et gestion des provisions (congés payés, bonus, variable)
5. Fiscalité & déclarations
– Déclarations de TVA, CVAE, CFE, DAS2…
– Respect des échéances fiscales et coordination avec les conseils
6. Reporting & trésorerie
– Suivi de la trésorerie quotidienne et établissement de prévisionnels
– Production de tableaux de bord financiers à destination de la direction
– Participation à l'élaboration du budget annuel
👤 Profil recherché
Formation & expérience
– Bac +3 minimum en comptabilité/finance (DCG, DSCG, licence CCA ou équivalent)
– 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale, idéalement en PME
– Une expérience dans un environnement logiciel ou SaaS est un véritable atout
Compétences techniques
– Maîtrise d'un ERP comptable (Sage, Cegid, ou équivalent) et d’un outil de CRM (Salesforce)
– Bonne connaissance des règles comptables et fiscales françaises
– Maîtrise d'Excel ; la connaissance d'outils de reporting est appréciée
