Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Input into the design, development and delivery of minor projects, including compliance with relevant authorities.

• Provide oversight of inspection, safety, and compliance to Australian standards and Defence requirements.

• Provide reporting and analytical support to the PAS Regional Manager.

• Provide technical input into design scopes and selection of specialist subcontractors.

• Provide delivery of specialist Estate knowledge and capability.

 

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building services.

• Building Works Supervision Accreditation with extensive works supervision experience.

• Construction experience, regulatory knowledge, stakeholder engagement.

• Strong working knowledge of Building rules and related technical compliance.

• Knowledge of commercial and legislative components of building works.
