The Senior Project Engineer supports the entire construction lifecycle by collaborating with project managers and superintendents on estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management. They are responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring quality control on-site, and handling project close-out requirements.
Candidates need 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in high-end residential projects, and a degree in Construction Management or equivalent education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and various project management software is required.
We’re hiring a Senior Project Engineer to work closely with the superintendent and project manager on estimating and scheduling efforts, subcontractor buy-out, and project documentation/ tracking. Senior project engineers understand design intent and apply the mechanics of how things come together in the field to collaborate effectively with the project team, architect, vendors, subs, suppliers, and consultants. This position is dynamic, creative, and whenever possible, site-based, to ensure projects are executed at the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.
