The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy programs and activities within a skilled nursing facility. This includes conducting patient assessments, maintaining treatment records, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.
Candidates must hold a doctorate degree in physical therapy (or a grandfathered bachelor's/master's degree) from an accredited institution. A current license to practice as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
