Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects for eQMS solutions while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are met. Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance, configuring software to business requirements, and conducting training workshops.
Requires 7+ years of experience in project management or professional services within the life sciences sector. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements like ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
