This is a remote position, also referred to as virtual or work from home.
The territory for this role will be the Northeast U.S. and part of Canada. The Parts & Service Manager will need to be located within the role territory.
Bobcat is looking for a District Parts & Service Manager II (DPSM) to help drive dealer success and operational excellence across the network. In this role, you’ll partner closely with dealerships to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and lead meaningful improvements that enhance both service quality and business results.
You’ll play a key role as a strategic advisor—using data and insights to guide decision-making, influence performance, and build alignment across teams. By leading performance reviews, driving action plans, and fostering strong collaboration, you’ll help dealers strengthen their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The salary range for this position is Minimum Pay:$80,000.00- Maximum Pay:$121,000.00, depending on experience and other factors.
