Mission
DoorLoop is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team, based on-site in New York and partner directly with the CFO. In this role, you will be a critical financial partner bridging our US operations with our Israel-based FP&A team, driving planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a high-velocity SaaS business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning data into decisions, and want to help shape the financial future of a category-leading proptech company, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company's financial models, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, in close collaboration with the Israel-based FP&A team
- Partner directly with the CFO to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
- Build and maintain SaaS metrics dashboards tracking ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR, and payback period to support executive and board-level decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop departmental budgets and provide financial guidance
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, headcount planning, new market entry, and M&A due diligence as needed
- Prepare board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations with clear, data-driven narratives
- Drive process improvements and automation across FP&A workflows
- Serve as the financial point of contact in the New York office, fostering alignment and communication between local stakeholders and the Israel-based finance team
Requirements
- 4–7 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Strong command of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR) and unit economics modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with demonstrated experience building complex, scalable financial models from scratch
- Experience partnering with C-suite executives and preparing board-level financial presentations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a geographically distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience in vendor management, including evaluating, negotiating, and managing relationships with third-party vendors and tracking related spend
AI Capabilities (Required)
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows
- Experience building or leveraging AI-assisted financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Ability to write effective prompts and apply prompt-engineering techniques to extract reliable, structured outputs for finance use cases
- Hands-on experience automating repetitive FP&A workflows using AI-powered tools, scripts, or agents
- Comfort using AI to generate first drafts of board decks, investor narratives, and executive commentary, with strong judgment to validate and refine outputs
- Eagerness to continuously adopt and champion emerging AI tools to drive efficiency and insight across the Finance team
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with or at a proptech, real estate, or property management SaaS company
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, particularly with SaaS valuation frameworks
- Familiarity with cross-border, multi-entity finance operations or working with international teams
- Prior experience working in or with Israeli or Israeli based companies
- Experience integrating AI agents or LLM-based automation into finance and accounting processes
