The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle symptoms, and recommending necessary maintenance. They must provide accurate cost estimates and maintain frequent communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a service advisory role. A positive attitude, high-volume mentality, and strong interpersonal and computer skills are required.
