The Senior Superintendent will lead the field execution of large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. They are responsible for managing site logistics, mentoring field teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Candidates must have 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction with a proven track record on projects valued at $25M+. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 is required.
